Buffer overflow in the HASH handler of PCMan FTP Server 2.0.7 allows remote attackers to execute code via an FTP command. The public exploit supplies 2,006 bytes before overwriting EIP and appending x86 shellcode in the HASH argument. Exposure requires an FTP listener that permits the demonstrated anonymous session; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code in the server process.
