Command injection in Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS 10.1, 10.2, 11.1, and 11.2 allows remote authenticated users to run commands as root. Palo Alto Networks has not disclosed the affected CLI command handler or how it passes attacker-controlled input to an operating-system command. Administrator privileges and CLI access are required; successful exploitation bypasses command restrictions and grants root-level command execution.
