Unauthenticated service interruption via multiplexed GraphQL queries

Resource exhaustion in affected GitLab CE/EE releases allows remote attackers to interrupt service with crafted GraphQL requests. The GraphQL project.snippets resolver does not scale request-complexity limits with repeated selections, multiplying backend work across parallel requests. No authentication is required, but a public project with large public snippets must exist; sustained multiplexed requests can make the UI and API unresponsive for all users.
