Unauthenticated database disclosure via public backup directory

Information exposure in NeosLab Database Toolset 1.8.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to read WordPress database backups. The backup routine writes full SQL dumps under /wp-content/uploads/export/database/ with timestamped, eight-digit-random filenames but applies no access control to direct HTTP requests. The backup URL must be discovered through leakage or brute force, but a successful request exposes the full SQL dump without authentication.
