Unauthenticated code execution via AJAX file inclusion
Published Jun 14, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Local file inclusion in BZOTheme Zagg theme 1.4.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute PHP code through unauthenticated AJAX requests. The load_view() function passes an attacker-chosen path from the load_more_post, load_shop, or load_more_product action to a PHP include operation without restricting the target. No account is required; code execution additionally requires a server-local file containing attacker-supplied PHP, such as an uploaded image.
