Notification tampering via web-interface SQL injection

SQL injection in Phoenix Contact PLCnext firmware before 2026.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to alter notification messages. A low-privilege web-interface endpoint fails to neutralize attacker-controlled input before using it in the SQLite notification database. The flaw is network-reachable after authentication, and its reported impact is limited to modifying the controller's notification functionality.
