Authenticated file read via unchecked log path

Path traversal in MBS UBR firmware before 6.0.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary system files. The ubr-logread method in wwwubr.cgi accepts a caller-controlled log-file pathname and opens it without restricting access to the intended /tmp/weblog files. A low-privileged web account and network reachability are required; exposed files include password data and private keys, while integrity and availability remain unaffected.
