Configuration changes via reflected script injection
Published Dec 9, 2025 · Updated Dec 9, 2025
Reflected XSS in Phoenix Contact FL SWITCH 2xxx firmware before 3.50 allows remote attackers to alter WBM configuration settings. The pxc_portCntr.php endpoint reflects attacker-controlled link input into a management page, causing an authenticated user's browser to execute it in the WBM context. Exploitation requires that authenticated user to follow the crafted link; access remains limited to web-exposed device parameters, and the HttpOnly cookie prevents session takeover.
