Project data compromise via static cryptographic keys

Default-key use in all versions of Sprecher Automation SPRECON-E-C, SPRECON-E-P, and SPRECON-E-T3 allows attackers to read or alter project data. System-wide static keys encrypt project, configuration, and maintenance files, permitting attackers who obtain a file to decrypt, modify, and re-encrypt its contents. File access is required for that path; separately, remote authenticated users can bypass static plant identification and disrupt operation by applying configuration or firmware intended for another device.
