CVE-2025-41734Network attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via PHP file inclusion

Published Nov 18, 2025 · Updated Nov 18, 2025

Remote file inclusion in METZ CONNECT EWIO2 firmware before 2.2.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP files over the network. The advisory identifies the locus only as a PHP module and does not publish the filename parameter or include/require call that accepts the file reference. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants full control of the embedded controller, including configuration and service operation.
