WebSocket service interruption via oversized JSON key

Buffer overflow in Phoenix Contact QUINT4-UPS EIP before VC:07 allows remote attackers to interrupt its WebSocket service. The /ws/quint handler accepts a JSON pingpong message containing a 133,337-byte key, and the published CWE identifies an unchecked buffer copy. No authentication or user interaction is required; triggering the flaw interrupts the affected service while core UPS functionality remains available.
