Buffer overflow in Phoenix Contact QUINT4-UPS EIP before VC:07 allows remote attackers to interrupt the webserver via a crafted GET request. The webserver copies an overlong Content-Length value without checking the destination buffer size, triggering the denial-of-service condition. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the published impact is limited to the webserver without disrupting core UPS functionality.
