User-context code execution via print-option deserialization

Deserialization in CODESYS Development System before 3.5.21.40 allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted project file. The print engine deserializes untrusted PageSettings or PrinterSettings data when the project is opened and its printing options are configured or used. Execution requires a local user to open the manipulated project or archive and configure printing or print it, and the code runs in that user's context.
