CVE-2025-41681Network attack vector

Persistent script execution via unneutralized POST input

Published Jul 21, 2025 · Updated Nov 3, 2025

Persistent XSS in Helmholz REX 100 and MB connect line mbNET.mini before 2.3.3 allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via POST requests. The vendors have not identified the affected POST handler or field, disclosing only that special elements used to create dynamic content are not neutralized before storage. Administrator-level access is required to store the payload, and a separate user's browser interaction executes it in the device interface, enabling limited data access or modification without interrupting service.
