Root command execution via unprotected cross-origin request

CSRF in the Weidmüller IE-SR-2TX router web interface allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges. The event_mail_test endpoint processes a cross-origin request without validating its origin, allowing attacker-controlled command input to reach a privileged operation. Exploitation requires user interaction that causes a browser with router access to submit the crafted request; successful commands run as root.
