Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized bid parameter
Published May 1, 2025 · Updated May 1, 2025
SQL injection in Boat Booking System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read, modify, or delete database data through a crafted bid value. The admin/edit-boat.php endpoint places the GET bid parameter directly into SQL queries without validation or parameter binding. A valid administrative session is required to reach the boat-editing endpoint, and database access remains bounded by the application's database-account permissions.
