Unauthorized post deletion via missing endpoint permission check

Incorrect authorization in affected Mattermost releases allows remote authenticated users to delete Playbooks bot posts through an API endpoint. The /plugins/playbooks/api/v0/signal/keywords/ignore-thread handler accepts a target thread without enforcing channel access or the required post-management permission. Any account able to reach the endpoint can remove action posts created by the Playbooks bot, including posts in channels the account cannot access.
