Phishing via unrestricted custom URL scheme

Improper authorization in Yahoo! Shopping App for Android before 14.15.0 allows remote attackers to open arbitrary websites in the app. The custom URL scheme handler fails to restrict which external actors can invoke it, allowing attacker-supplied destinations to load in the app. Exploitation requires a user to follow a crafted scheme request; the resulting in-app page can impersonate a trusted shopping flow for phishing.
