Local code execution via unquoted service path

Unquoted service path handling in Smallsrv Small HTTP Server 3.06.36 allows local users to execute arbitrary code on Windows. The Windows service registers C:\Program Files (x86)\shttps_mg\http.exe service without quoting the executable path, so Windows can select an attacker-placed executable from an earlier path segment. Low local privileges and write access to a searched directory are required; execution occurs when the affected service starts.
