CVE-2025-41351Network attack vector

Access-URL parameter disclosure via padding oracle

Published Jan 28, 2026 · Updated Jan 28, 2026

Padding-oracle weakness in Funambol Cloud Server 30.0.0.20 allows attackers to recover plaintext from self-signed access URLs. The thumbnail display URL processes unauthenticated, modified ciphertext without first authenticating its integrity and exposes whether its padding is valid, enabling parameter decryption and encryption. Exploitation is remote but requires passive user interaction and high attack complexity; the reported consequence is access-URL parameter disclosure, not service interruption or stored-data modification.
