Unauthenticated command execution via Console WebUI injection
Published May 29, 2026 · Updated May 29, 2026
OS command injection in the Console WebUI of Waterfall WF-500 7.9.1.0 R2502171040 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The Console WebUI does not neutralize special elements before using attacker input in an operating system command; the affected parameter and handler are undisclosed. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants command execution on either the TX or RX host.
