CVE-2025-41265Network attack vector

Authenticated command execution via improper WebUI input neutralization

Published May 29, 2026 · Updated May 29, 2026

OS command injection in the WebUI of Waterfall WF-500 7.9.1.0 R2502171040 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. The public advisory identifies improper neutralization of special elements in Administration WebUI input sent to an OS command, but discloses no parameter, endpoint, or code path. High-privilege WebUI access is required; successful exploitation runs arbitrary operating system commands on the TX Host, while the RX Host is not identified as affected.
