Authorization bypass via unresolved generic annotation lookup

Improper authorization in affected Spring Framework releases allows remote attackers to bypass method-level access controls. AnnotationsScanner.hasSameGenericTypeParameters uses ResolvableType.resolve(), which returns null for an unresolved generic and excludes the overridden method from annotation scanning. Reachability requires @EnableMethodSecurity and a security annotation on a method in a generic superclass or interface; protected method behavior can then execute without the intended authorization decision.
