Authorization bypass in Sergestec EXITO 8.0 allows remote authenticated users to read other customers' ticket data over the network. The /admin/ticket_a4.php endpoint accepts a user-controlled id parameter and returns the referenced customer's record without enforcing object-level authorization. A valid low-privilege session is required, and the reported impact is limited to disclosure of customer data.
