User enumeration via unauthenticated password-date lookup

Information exposure in TCMAN GIM before 20250304 allows remote attackers to enumerate valid users through a SOAP web service request. The unauthenticated /WS/PDAWebService.asmx endpoint processes GetLastDatePasswordChange with the supplied pda:username value and returns a result that distinguishes existing accounts. No credentials or user interaction are required; the disclosed account existence can support targeted password attacks, while no data modification or service interruption is reported.
