CVE-2025-41012Network attack vector

Unauthenticated user enumeration via UnlockUser SOAP action

Published Dec 2, 2025 · Updated Dec 2, 2025

Missing authorization in TCMAN GIM v11 before 20250304 allows remote attackers to enumerate user accounts through its SOAP service. The UnlockUser action at /WS/PDAWebService.asmx processes pda:userId and pda:newPassword without authorization and reveals whether the supplied identifier belongs to an existing account. No credentials or user interaction are required; the disclosed account validity does not itself grant account access or permit data modification.
