Stored script execution via unvalidated ticket reply
Published Jan 12, 2026 · Updated Jan 12, 2026
Stored XSS in WorkDo eCommerceGo SaaS all versions allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user’s browser. The /ticket/x/conversion endpoint stores the reply_description POST parameter without adequate validation, then exposes the payload to a viewing user. A low-privileged account and passive interaction by a user who views the stored ticket conversation are required; the script can read or alter data available to that user’s session.
