Stored script execution via unsanitized ticket replies
Published Jan 12, 2026 · Updated Jan 12, 2026
Stored XSS in all versions of WorkDo HRMGo allows remote authenticated users to inject script through the ticket-reply description field. The /hrmgo/ticket/changereply handler accepts and stores the description value without proper validation, so later ticket views interpret injected markup as active script. Low-privileged access and passive interaction by another user are required; the script runs in that user's browser context and can read or alter data available there.
