Out-of-bounds read in Siemens PS/IGES Parasolid Translator Component before 29.0.258 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted IGS file. The IGS parser fails to validate user-supplied data before indexing an allocated array, permitting a read before the array's start. Exploitation requires a user to open the malicious file and can execute code in the current process or crash the host application.
