File truncation via two-argument open in LoadFile

Improper file handling in Tinita YAML::LibYAML before 0.903.0 allows attackers to truncate existing files via a crafted LoadFile filename. The LoadFile function passes its filename argument to Perl's two-argument open, so a leading write-mode character is interpreted as an open mode rather than as part of a path. Exploitation requires a caller to pass an attacker-controlled filename and the Perl process to have write access; a crafted name such as >file truncates that file.
