CVE-2025-40895Network attack vector

Phishing via stored sensor-property HTML

Published Mar 4, 2026 · Updated Mar 4, 2026

Stored HTML injection in Nozomi Networks CMC before 25.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to present phishing content through Sensor Map. CMC stores insufficiently validated properties received from a connected Guardian and renders embedded HTML when another CMC user interacts with Sensor Map. Exploitation requires Guardian administrator privileges, enabled Sensor Map functionality, and victim interaction; existing validation and CSP prevent full XSS and direct disclosure.
