CVE-2025-40735Network attack vector

Arbitrary SQL execution via undisclosed query construction

Published Jul 8, 2025 · Updated Jul 8, 2025

SQL injection in Siemens SINEC NMS before 4.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL against its server database. Siemens has not disclosed the affected endpoint, parameter, or query-construction operation that fails to neutralize attacker-controlled input. Both published CVSS vectors require low privileges despite the advisory prose describing an unauthenticated attacker; the reported consequence is confined to arbitrary queries against the server database.
