Browser script execution via reflected page parameter
Published Jun 16, 2025 · Updated Jun 16, 2025
Reflected XSS in Customer Support System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts through the page parameter. /customer_support/index.php returns the untrusted page value in generated HTML without neutralizing script syntax, causing a browser to interpret it as code. A victim must activate a crafted request, and successful exploitation executes attacker-supplied script in that user's browser context.
