Authenticated database compromise via injectable id parameter
Published Jun 16, 2025 · Updated Jun 16, 2025
SQL injection in Customer Support System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter databases through the id parameter. The manage_user.php endpoint processes the id value in database queries without neutralizing SQL syntax, allowing injected statements to control database operations. Low-privileged application access is required; successful exploitation permits database reads, creation, changes, and deletion.
