Database compromise via injectable User parameter
Published May 6, 2025 · Updated May 6, 2025
SQL injection in TCMAN GIM 11 allows remote attackers to read, update, and delete all database information through an unauthenticated request. The ValidateUserAndWS endpoint accepts crafted SQL syntax in its User parameter and executes it as part of a database statement. No account or user interaction is required; successful requests expose the full database to reading, modification, and deletion.
