Database access via unsanitized blood-group parameter

SQL injection in Bloodgroop_process.php in Project Worlds Online Examination System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access its database. The endpoint inserts the Pat_BloodGroup1 POST value directly into an SQL query without validation, escaping, or parameter binding. No authentication is required; crafted values can read, modify, or delete database records, although the public exploit names a different application.
