DCP service crash via malformed Profinet packet

Use of an uninitialized variable in Siemens SCALANCE LPE9403 before V4.0 HF0 allows remote attackers to crash dcpd via Profinet. The dcpd process fails to validate a specially crafted Profinet packet before using an uninitialized variable. The unauthenticated attack requires access to the same local network segment and interrupts the DCP service by crashing its process.
