Cross-domain cookie injection via case-sensitive suffix validation

Cookie validation bypass in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 allows remote attackers to set cross-domain cookies. libsoup's cookie-domain check processes mixed-case domains without normalizing case, so names with at least two labels evade public-suffix rejection. Exploitation requires a user to visit a malicious site; the injected cookie violates domain isolation and enables session fixation.
