Remote service interruption via recursive MDIO locking

Deadlock in the ENETC driver in Linux allows remote attackers to interrupt network service via crafted traffic. The enetc_poll path holds enetc_mdio_lock for reading, then reenters enetc_lock_mdio while a higher-priority writer is waiting, blocking both readers and the writer. Exposure requires the LS1028A ENETC interface, a real-time kernel, and the err050089 workaround; triggering the race hangs kernel threads and permanently stops network processing on the interface.
