Kernel panic via NULL resource dereference

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during Intel Xe device hot-unplug and rebind operations. In xe_gem_fault, a no-page fault return leaves tbo->resource NULL before mem_type_is_vram dereferences its mem_type member. The observed path requires an mmap fault, exhausted process memory, retry-without-wait handling, and Xe unbind-rebind timing; the grounded consequence is a kernel crash.
