Kernel crash via unmarked vmalloc command-buffer mapping

Denial of service in the Linux kernel Habanalabs driver allows local users to crash the kernel by mapping a command buffer. The Gaudi and Gaudi2 mmap paths pass vmalloc-backed coherent memory to vm_insert_page without marking the VMA as VM_MIXEDMAP, triggering a BUG_ON under VM_PFNMAP. Reachability requires Habanalabs accelerator hardware, an enabled IOMMU, and local access able to request the driver mapping; the reported consequence is a kernel crash, not access to driver-allocated memory.
