Kernel data exposure via oversized MGMT pattern

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux kernel Bluetooth MGMT interface allows local users to expose kernel data or interrupt service. parse_adv_monitor_pattern() accepts a user-space pattern length up to 251, then copies beyond the 31-byte mgmt_adv_pattern.value array. High privileges and a locally submitted MGMT request are required; the bounded outcomes are kernel-memory disclosure or service interruption.
