System crash via overwritten AF_XDP descriptor metadata

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.16.8 through 6.17.10 allows local users to crash the system via an AF_XDP socket. xsk_cq_submit_addr_locked trusts a descriptor count kept in the skb control block after transmission, although other subsystems can overwrite that storage, causing xsk_destruct_skb to follow invalid completion metadata. An unprivileged local process can obtain the needed namespace capabilities, create and bind an XDP_COPY socket, and trigger a repeatable kernel panic without another user's interaction.
