Kernel crash via uncanceled Bluetooth mesh timer

Use-after-free in Linux kernel Bluetooth MGMT mesh handling allows local users to crash the kernel during HCI device removal. The mgmt_index_removed function frees an HCI device without synchronously canceling its pending mesh_send_done work, so the timer later accesses released memory. A local user able to drive the Bluetooth MGMT mesh path and remove the device can trigger the crash; no data disclosure or modification is established.
