Data exposure and corruption via stale extent cache

An OCFS2 extent-cache flaw in Linux allows local users to read or corrupt other files and wedge the mounted filesystem. After an extent move clears OCFS2_EXT_REFCOUNTED on disk, __ocfs2_move_extents_range() leaves the old flags and physical-cluster mapping cached for later I/O. A local user needs a writable regular file on a mounted OCFS2 volume; the sequence can expose or overwrite reallocated clusters, and the BUG_ON can block the filesystem or panic the system.
