System crash via inconsistent enabled_monitors iterator types

Type confusion in the Linux kernel RV subsystem in 6.17 through 6.17.5 allows attackers to crash the system via enabled_monitors. Callbacks in enabled_monitors_seq_ops interpret the same iterator as both struct rv_monitor * and struct list_head *, causing a wrong type cast during file reads. Triggering requires access to read the RV enabled_monitors tracefs file; the published record does not specify the privilege or configuration needed for that access.
