SQL injection in add_company.php in itsourcecode.com Placement Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or modify database data. The endpoint inserts the POST name value directly into an SQL query without validation or parameter binding. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation permits unauthorized database access and data manipulation.
