Service interruption via RSCI register misindexing

Out-of-bounds access in Linux kernel 6.17 through 6.17.5 allows local users to interrupt service through an RSCI FIFO overrun. sci_handle_fifo_overrun passes RSCI's CSR offset 0x48 to sci_getreg as a regs-array index, reading beyond the 20-entry rsci_port_params table. The path requires an RSCI-backed Renesas system and an overrun interrupt; the demonstrated consequence is an invalid-register warning in kernel context.
