Runtime PM underflow via failed-init device teardown

Improper teardown in the Linux kernel 6.15 Qualcomm Iris driver allows local administrators to trigger kernel warnings during device removal. iris_remove calls iris_core_deinit after firmware initialization has failed, causing already-disabled clocks to be disabled and unprepared again. Reaching the defect requires Qualcomm Iris hardware, a failed firmware download, and privileged access to unbind the platform device; the documented result is runtime-PM underflow and warning traces.
