Page faults via bootlog initialization race

Race condition in the Linux kernel QAIC bootlog driver from 6.10 allows local users to trigger page faults during device probing. qaic_bootlog_mhi_probe queues MHI receive buffers before storing the driver data and bootlog channel pointers consumed by incoming bootlog processing. Reachability requires a QAIC device to return bootlog data during that initialization window; the resulting uninitialized-resource access can disrupt the host and, under SUSE's assessment, expose kernel memory.
